Sports in Kansas has released the 2018 Craw-Kan "Your Community Technology Partner" Southeast Kansas All-Area Girls Basketball Team. Players are made up from the CNC, SEK and TRL leagues in Kansas. 2018 Craw-Kan All-Area Girls Player of the Year

Tristan Gegg, Labette County, Sr. 

Tristan Gegg becomes a four-time all-area selection and a four-time all-are Player of the Year from Craw-Kan. She scored over 2,000 career points over the last four years becoming the first player in the history of the Southeast Kansas League, boys or girls, to do so. She is also a first team All 4A-I selection four seasons in a row and a first team (all-state all-classes) selection four years in a row from Sports in Kansas. She has signed with Pittsburg State. She is also a three-time finalist for the 4A-I Player of the Year.

2018 Craw-Kan All-Area Girls Coach of the Year

Doug Tuck, St. Paul 

Tuck led the St. Paul girls team to their first ever state title game this year on their way to a second-place finish in 1A-I. St. Paul has been one of the most consistent area teams for years under Tuck. St. Paul has seven final four appearances under Tuck all coming since 2001. He was also the former St. Paul Indian football coach in the 90s and 00s, winning 8M-I state titles in 2000 and 2002 with runner-up finishes in 1991, 1998 and 1999.
